INTENSITY IS KEY

WHAT AM I TALKING ABOUT?????

INTENSITY IS EVERYTHING WHEN YOU ARE WORKING OUT. FOCUS ON THE MUSCLES THAT YOU ARE WORKING. IT WILL ALWAYS GIVE YOU THE BEST RESULTS.

FOCUS ON MORE THAN ONE AREA OF YOUR BODY. EXP. CHEST, BACK, BICEPS. NO REST IN BETWEEN SETS. SUCH AS BENCH, PULLDOWNS AND CURLS… NOW THATS INTENSE.

WHEN I TRAIN, I MAKE SURE MY CLIENT GETS THE MOST OUT OF THEIR WORKOUTS.

ALWAYS MIX IT UP…. CONFUSE YOUR MUSCLES…
