LAST CHANCE; lived up to it’s name

Surprise! The last chance workout started out with a 5K. My contestants were shocked, ” a 5k ” they asked. I said, “yes”. That was step 1. Then came the water break after they had finished the 5k. Step 2 was strength training with me. I did a round robin with weights. That was another 30 minutes and then my partner Kathlee took them and did a cardio circuit. The whole “Last Chance” workout truly lived up to its name. Just ask Adam and Lilly.
